Any U.S. resident 18 years of age or older may enter.

By entering this raffle, entrants accept and agree to be bound by all the rules, limitations and restrictions set forth here and their
names and/or likeness may be disclosed and used for publicity purposes and in lists of prize winners to be published in LFNC’s
Web site and other printed publications.
3.
By entering this raffle, each participant releases LFNC, its directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for
injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by participating in the raffle or winning any prize.
4.
Tickets are $75 each, $200 for three tickets or $300 for five tickets. An individual can purchase as many tickets as he or she may
wish.
Tickets may only be purchased by mail, fax, or by calling LFNC at (408) 954-8600. Tickets may not be purchased through the

Due to limited ticket availability, tickets are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis, in the order of LFNC’s receipt of phone calls,
faxes and mailed entries (not post-mark date). If a payment method is rejected, entry will be considered at the time of LFNC’s
receipt of a valid payment method.

Your numbered ticket receipt(s) will be mailed to you after your payment is processed. The entry ticket(s) with matching
number(s) will be placed in the official drum for drawing.
7.
In lieu of accepting the grand prize car, winner may choose to accept cash in the amount of $25,000. Winner of the car is
responsible for all taxes, license fees and costs for any upgrades or options. Winner is also responsible for any federal or income
taxes due.

Drawing date will be announced upon the selling of 600 tickets. LFNC reserves the right to withdraw the offering and refund all
