• Customer Validation - 400 conversations
• 50 conversations / week for 8 weeks
– If you don’t have a product, you need to have MORE
conversations… you don’t want to waste time & money BUILD
the wrong thing.
• You need to see who your COMPETITION is. You have competition,
even if it’s non-consumption.
– If you do have a PRODUCT, still have those conversations and try
to see if people are interested in it.
• What are they doing or NOT doing to solve or not solve the problem.
• Also, see who YOUR competition is, and how are they selling?
• 1 minute version of your pitch.
• Tweetable version of your pitch.
