Starting a New Project

Starting a New Project
When you first open PrintShop you choose the type of project that you want to create.
You can choose to create projects in three different ways.
•
Create a project from a QuickStart layout. A QuickStart layout is an already
completed project that you can choose from The Print Shop’s extensive gallery of
projects. If you choose to create a project using a QuickStart layout, then you can
simply double-click in existing project elements to personalize and customize
your project. For example, if you want to change the picture in a QuickStart
layout, double-click the picture and choose a new picture from the Art Gallery.
•
Create a project from Scratch. You can also create a project from Scratch by
first selecting a blank project layout, and then designing and modifying it
according to your needs.
•
Create a Stationary Set. If you choose letterhead or business cards from the
initial screen, you have the option of creating a stationary set. The set consists of
coordinating stationary products including business cards, letterhead, envelopes,
and fax cover sheets.
