From the desktop, press or double-click the large PharmaClik Rx icon from the server workstation desktop. If the PharmaClik Rx shortcut does not appear on your Windows desktop, contact Customer Care for assistance • PharmaClik Rx Quick Launch automatically opens all applications that are required to run PharmaClik Rx • PharmaClik Rx Quick Launch appears on the PharmaClik Rx server and can only be launched from your server • For workstations* you will launch PharmaClik Rx only *When a pharmacy has more than one computer, all computers in addition to the server are referred to as workstations 2 © McKesson Canada, All rights reserved. Starting PharmaClik Rx: PharmaClik Rx Start-Up Applications (cont’d) PharmaClik Rx Quick Launch • To view this window click on the PharmaClik Rx Quick Launch application in the taskbar • This window automatically closes once the applications are launched • Applications such as eFILL and IVR display only if your store has these modules installed IVR Interface • The IVR Interface provides your pharmacy with automated Refill Reminders and Pickup Reminders, enabling improved patient compliance and customer service. As with regular patient-initiated inbound IVR refills, the Outbound Calling module requires the PharmaClik Rx Interface Manager to communicate with PharmaClik Rx. In our example, the eFILL application status is “Stopped” because a user manually closed the application during its launch 5 © McKesson Canada, All rights reserved. Starting PharmaClik Rx: PharmaClik Rx Start-Up Applications – Starting the Report Scheduler • PharmaClik Rx Quick Launch automatically starts PharmaClik Rx applications, including Report Scheduler • As with all the PharmaClik Rx applications, if the Report Scheduler is closed accidentally, you can re-launch it manually 1. From the Windows desktop on the server, press or click the McKesson PTS Utilities icon. OR Double click on the PharmaClik Rx Quick Launch application. 2. • • • Press or click the large “S” icon. This icon is a shortcut to the Report Scheduler The icon is located on your windows desktop tray The Report Scheduler allows any reports scheduled in PharmaClik Rx Reports to be printed without user intervention This indicates the Report Scheduler is open and ready for use • 6 © McKesson Canada, All rights reserved. Starting PharmaClik Rx: Logging Into PharmaClik Rx • PharamClik Rx is launched and ready for you to login • If you have already been provided with a PharmaClik Rx user name and password, you may login • If you do not have login credentials, speak to your Pharmacy Manager/Owner 1. Type your User Name. 2. Type your Password. 3. Select a Pharmacist from the drop-down list. • This is only required if you are not a pharmacist 4.
